Salaries and Bonus for ACCAs
Survey revealed that many of the ACCA’s have been enjoying their jobs due to rise in their salary and their expectations for the future are even encouraging. Due to their professional and pure knowledge in their career, their salaries have to get increased.
More than 60% of ACCAs got their salaries increased in the last year. And almost the same percentage expects their pay increase the in the next year.
The survey also revealed that many of the ACCAs enjoy bonuses and good benefits besides their impressive salaries. There is a tendency of increasing bonuses for the ACCAs in the previous couple of years and the expectations are high too. The bonuses include pension plans, health care and professional subscriptions. Almost 60% of the on job ACCAs are expecting impressive bonuses in the next year.
