ACCAs are Different!
Assuming you have passed your ACCA already and going to apply for job, I thought there should be some nice share with you people. This is not just your education and your knowledge that guarantees a desired post in the desired field. Professional degree holders like ACCA need to have all the qualities which are not related to their studies. One of the most important qualities is the body language and physical appearance. What do you think about your first impression on your interviewer? Half of the decision making is done in the very first moment of an interview. So how can you make a lasting impression? Your physical appearance, dress, confidence and initiative are the very first factors that help you make a great impression and sometimes compel interviewer hire you! According to me, a well built body is the beauty of a finance student. Specially, if you are doing ACCA, you should make it the habit to do daily work out. I don’t suggest heavy weight lifting. But light exercise like jogging and a little bit stretching. It doesn’t only make your physical appearance awesome but exercise keeps your mind active and helps you become attentive and become more responsive. You voice should be heavy and it should feel like you speak very often and highly needed.
Finance is a field which needs you to be attentive and very responsible to your work, in case you desire a higher position. You are different than engineers and doctors. ACCA and CA are different than other finance students. They hold a different image and higher goals. So, in order to achieve your dream, you should not only concentrate on your studies, learning, reading and participations, but the above mentioned factors are also the most contributing part of your career.
